Sushi Jiro brings the artistry and passion of modern Japanese cuisine to Melbourne. From our open sushi counters we craft fresh nigiri, maki and sashimi all day — quick for takeaway, generous for catering, and a calm spot to dine in.

Every roll is made fresh daily, with seasonal specials so there's always something new to try. Our chefs work with quality sashimi-grade fish and premium rice, finished with the little touches — torched aburi, crisp nori and house sauces.
